(Not changing beds or deep cleaning.)

Policies
-
Non-medical only: No medical care, nursing, medication management, or emergency services.

Service area: Within ~20 minutes of Lake Katrine. Outside this area, travel is quoted in advance.

Minimum visit: 2-hour minimum. After that, billed in 30-minute increments.

Travel (outside service area): Billed at the IRS standard mileage rate per mile (quoted in advance).
IRS standard mileage rate per mile as of Jan 1, 2026: 72.5¢/mile. -
Pass-through costs: Client purchases and fees billed at cost with receipts.

Cancellations: Under 24 hours = $30 fee.

No-shows: Full minimum visit billed ($60 Standard / $90 Concierge).

Light Home Reset: Client must be home/present during the visit.
